If you love animals you will love staying at Somerton Farm.  As you drive down the farm lane you will see our two Donkeys - Pip & Cadbury.  Sheep and their lambs are sometimes in the fields too.  The land is farmed by a tenant farmer so we cannot always know what will be grazing at any one time. Also there are various cows in the next door fields.  You may spot the foxes near the woods and there are lots and lots of wild animals to look out for. On wet days the Heron stands and pick worms, the buzzards circle and the robins sing their hearts out.  Quite often a little bunny will be boldly eating my plants in the garden!  If you are very lucky you may spot a red squirrel when you come down the farm lane.

It is always better to book direct.  Booking.com etc take a huge commission - but it does allow you to find us!  So please send me a message and I will see what I can do to help.  Depending on how many of you want to stay we may be able to work out a better price - it is always worth having a chat.  We can offer ferry discount links, things to do and places to go.

Somerton Farm is a great place for multi generational holidays - plenty of space to share without being on top of one another!

Dogs love the shady garden and the Isle of Wight has so much to offer - it is a great place for short breaks.
